RETURNS & EXCHANGE

LennyWalks is happy to offer exchanges on returned items as when you shop online you might sometime order an item and not be content with fit, color or style of your purchase. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. detailing your full name (as provided when the order was made) product and reasons for return or fill in our Online Returns Request form.

Please return your item within 10 working days from arrival and note that all shipping costs on returns will not be covered by LennyWalks.

All returned items need to be *unused* and with all LennyWalks packaging. Returns that are damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Please make sure you return your items to us via TRACKED DELIVERY so that we have proof of postage to the address below. Please include your original invoice and returns authorization number with your contact details.

Please note that we cannot refund until we have received the item. Orders will be refunded in full, minus the cost paid for shipping in the original transaction. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty**.

Please ensure that all Goods returned are suitably packed. We recommend that you insure any items that are returned to us as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please ensure that any items returned are accompanied by the returns authorization number and your receipt.

Please note that, if you return items that were ordered by another person, any refund due will be made to the person who placed the order.

At LennyWalks we hand-make all our pet accessories having extensively tested all our designs. If you feel that our products have not met your expectations in any way, please let us know.

*Unused Condition* means that the item is in the condition you bought it in, unused, unworn & without any signs of wear i.e. pet hair, food, grease, dirt, etc. Also, please take care not to aroma the item with any kind of perfume.

 

IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:

Goods are considered faulty if you receive them damaged or a fault becomes apparent during initial use. Our items are not meant to be chewed or be used as toys. Extensive use and pulling might “wear” your item. If your item has become damaged through regular wear or an accident, please contact us for repair.

You must fill in our Online Returns Request form & items must be returned to us within 10 working days of buyer receiving so we can assess item to ensure they meet our policy criteria & qualify for refund or replacement.

**LennyWalks will cover all postage costs of faulty items & either repair defects (where suitable), replace or refund at our discretion.

SHORTAGE AND TRANSIT DAMAGE

You must inspect the items at the place and time of delivery and notify us of any shortages, defects in the items, or of any other complaint immediately and in any case within ten working days from the date the items were delivered, failing which the items will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order. Our liability for short delivery is limited to making good the shortage.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include sales tax (Value Added Tax). Any import duties or taxes and customs or clearance charges that are payable in the recipient's country are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded by us. Should you wish to cancel your order or to return any items to us for exchange or refund. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. Please note that customs may open and inspect packages and that the cost of the items must be specified on the documentation attached to the package, even if it is a gift.

 

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

If you require a full refund or choose replacement items of a lesser value, LennyWalks will issue a refund to the card which you used to place the original order. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know when the refund takes place. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds.

Subject to stock quantities some products may be unavailable; however, we shall contact you to offer alternatives or a time when the item you wish for will be available.
